Project Description:
This project involved the demolition of an existing 4 storey building and the construction of a new 8 classroom extension along with ancillary works.

The replacement building comprises a single-storey classroom block with a floor area of approximately 9500 sq ft.

The classroom block has a street-effect corridor and a central social area. The building is connected to the existing school building by means of a canopy.

The new block replaced the old dormitory building (originally constructed in the 1860s), which had to be demolished before construction works commenced.
