This project involved the construction Ratoath College, one of the largest community schools in Ireland (8,000 m2) for 900 pupils with the allowance for 30% increase in pupil numbers catered for in future proofed design.

It was a €13m Project completed from Appointment to Handover in less than 3 years, on time and on budget; a testament to the teams ability.

This award winning school was procured within basic building costs, on budget, requiring a very special effort from all members of the Design Team to optimise design.

Hayes Higgins Partnerships innovative work is self evident as the structure is all exposed.
